An LC-MS method has been developed for determination of Curcumin in mice plasma and tissue samples by Thermo Scientific TSQ Fortis LC MS/MS system equipped with Thermo LC-quan software.

• LC-MS method for the determination of the curcumin in mice tissue samples has been validated. The method was found to be accurate from LOQ to 1 ng/ml. It was also proved to be specific and precise.
• The method is suitable for determination of Natural curcumin in mice samples and can be used for routine analysis.
